Omega 3-6-9 is a carefully formulated blend of fish, flaxseed and borage oils. As our bodies are not able to make these essential fatty acids, we need to source them from our diet and/or supplements, as they are vital to many of our physiological functions.
Omega 3 is made up of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid). This fatty acid helps reduce inflammation and improves mood.
